About the Illustrator Danielle ‘Dani’ Florendo is an illustrator, picture book author, and visual artist based in Baguio City. With 15 published titles to her name, she has collaborated with both local and international publishers. Her work has garnered recognition, including a feature in the 2023 International White Ravens catalogue, a finalist at the 2024 Catholic Mass Media Awards for The Perfect Tree by Glory Moralidad, and the 2024 Cardinal Sin Book Award for A Whale in Prison by Mary Ann Ordinario.
